"Do you take custom orders?" 

Custom orders can always be discussed! Message me on instagram @/HigherGroundWire to discuss any customs. 50% payment is required before I start working on any custom orders!

"Do you have gift packaging?"

I do my best to reuse or recycle as much of my packaging as possible! Due to this, I do not always have gift wrap. However, leave me a note if you are purchasing as a gift and I will do my best to accommodate any requests!

"Do you take payment plans?"

No, i do not take payment plans. However, I normally post previews for first dibs on my social media so follow me on Instagram or Twitter to see those updates! I also do occasional giveaways.

"How do I know what the properties of the stone in my pendant are?"

With every purchase I include a note about the properties of the stone(s) used! You will have this note to keep and look back to whenever you feel inclined. 

"What is your shipping time/rate?"

All shipping costs are factored into pricing, and packages always go out within 3-5 business days! Once an item is shipped, proof of shipment/tracking is sent. I am not responsible for any delays related to Covid or USPS shipping delays.
