"Do you take custom orders?" 

I do not take custom orders at this time.

"Do you have gift packaging?"

I do my best to reuse or recycle as much of my packaging as possible! Due to this, I do not always have gift wrap. However, leave me a note if you are purchasing as a gift and I will do my best to accommodate any requests!

"Do you take payment plans?"

I can take payment plans at checkout through my website! Payment plans not available on custom orders.

What is the shipping cost/timeline?

All shipping costs are factored into pricing, and packages always go out within 5-7 business days! Once an item is shipped, proof of shipment/tracking is sent. I am not responsible for any delays related to Covid or USPS shipping delays.

 

Do you do refunds?

No refunds, returns, or exchanges. No exceptions.
